User can create a new email message from every to-do item. If you are required to order some printed leaflets and your todo is attached to right company, you can simply click  ‘Send’ button and new mail message opens in the new tab with recipient address prefilled. 


The mail message can contain formatted text body, attachments and your email signature if available in your user’s profile.


Outgoing emails are listed on mail panel for particular todo. This makes a great overview of email communication.
